Sarah is a Colorado native born without the lower half of her left arm, but it hasn't stopped her from much.
She's a creative director and producer by trade, the founder of SheLift, and an avid outdoorsgirl. Wanting to find love, Sarah signed up to become a bachelorette on ABC’s The Bachelor in 2013.
Though she didn’t find love on the show, Sarah realized, that before all else, she needed to love myself. After becoming a fan favorite on the show and connecting with millions of viewers across the world, Sarah saw an opportunity to use her platform in a more meaningful way.
Striving to share her love for outdoor adventure and mentorship, Sarah started SheLift, an organization that empowers young women born with physical differences to get outside and conquer their personal mountains.
Today, Sarah spends her time outdoors: skiing, rock climbing, canyoneering, camping, backpacking, and everything in between, to help show other girls what’s possible.
